Financial Policies

Animal Emergency and Trauma Center is committed to providing the finest veterinary care for all of our patients.  We are dedicated to making your pet's treatment and overall experience in our offices a success.  Please understand that payment of your bill is considered a part of your pet's treatment.  The following is a statement of our Financial Policies.

Veterinary Fees
Our fees are fixed at the lowest possible level which still enables us to pay rent, buy medications and supplies, cover the cost of running and maintaining the veterinary hospital, provide for medical equipment upkeep and acquisition, and pay the hospital staff members a reasonable, living wage.

Payment
We will provide a good-faith estimate of the cost of our services before treating your pet.  A deposit toward the cost of services is required in most cases.  Payment in full is needed upon discharge of your pet.

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit.  CareCredit is a flexible payment program, specifically designed for healthcare expenses, that makes it easier for you to get the treatment or procedures that your pet needs.  If you plan to use CareCredit to finance your bill, you may apply at our front desk, or online.

Questions
If you have any questions about fees and billing, please start with a Client Service Assistant.  They will answer your questions, or find the right answer for you, or refer your questions to the Hospital Administrator.
