I was very pleased at the treatment and care we received at your facility. Elsie's mastitis was pretty nasty, her mammary gland abscessed a day and a half after our initial visit to your clinic, and it was a long recovery period but we were able to see our regular vet to finish treatment up, and things are nicely resolved now. I thank you and your staff for being welcoming, professional, and giving good advice in a situation I was very upset about at the time. It makes me feel much more comfortable knowing that your clinic is there if we need it in the future...
I am including a picture of two of the puppies, all (three) of whom are doing very well!
Thank you so much for all your help!

Scooter is doing very well. The foot recovered very fast. The ultrasound
did not show cardiac disease, but Dr. Newnham at Companion Animal Wellness
Center said to continue on the aspirin and that she recommends Plavix. Maybe
there wasn't a clot or something else caused a clot or maybe it was some kind
of trauma? Anyway, we will decide on the Plavix after we talk to her again with
more questions. Thanks, Dr Burgess. Although it must be hard to see your
patients mostly once, yours is a fabulous service--we all thank you.

Eleni’s doing great. She was off her feed a bit for the first day or two but no
more vomiting or any other symptoms. Totally back to normal since then.
Thank you for the good work you all do. Three of our animals have been
your patients in the last few years, and we’ve always been really pleased. Very
kind and competent staff—receptionists, assistants, techs, and vets!
Sincerely,
Pam

I have
responded to your online client survey and given AETC "excellent" ratings on all
counts. In particular, Joan and I are grateful to Dr. Watson for being so
attentive to Chelsea's condition the day after surgery. Of course you may use
any of my comments or photos on your Testimonial Page.

Your crew was SUPER! Duffy is doing great and seems fully recovered; "passed"
post-op exam and staple removal last Weds.
Dropped off some Godiva chocolates and a Thank You card to you
on Wednesday.......
You're the Best!

Thank you for checking in...Emma is doing great after her visit to Animal
Emergency. Actually she was back to normal the very next day.
I have
been meaning to e-mail you about the care she received while she was in
emergency. Dr Watson took great care of Emma and also seemed to take a genuine
interest in her over all health. We all loved her!
She was kind,
patient, smart and listened to all of our concerns. All those things that
truly make a DVM stand out. I'm hoping we will never have to visit again but we
know if we do...Emma will be in great hands.
With gratitude,
Donna

Our six month old
malti-poo puppy Mayme is just fine, thanks to you and your staff. This is our
first puppy after having cats for many years and the learning curve is long and
slow for us. We adore Mayme and perhaps overreacted when she was in pain early
that morning. Your staff comforted us and quickly took care of the problem
while answering all of our very basic questions. That particular morning I was
scheduled for a colonoscopy at 8:30am so we couldn’t wait for our vet to see
Mayme when their office opened. Your service was a godsend and resolved the
problem with time to spare before our scheduled appointment.
It so wonderful to know
that you are available 24/7 with such a professional staff. You are a
tremendous asset to the community. Keep up the good work.
Regards,
Peter and Phyllis

Comments: When we brought in our aging and beloved dog, Zoey, she
was thrashing around with alarming, seizure-like symptoms and, it turned out, in
need of oxygen. You got her in instantly, the vet on duty, Dave B., calmly and
efficiently took charge and got her squared away. He also took lots of time with
us explaining what was going on. Zoey is her old self now, at 15. Thank you.

Your care of Zyp and me was premier from start to finish. He is 100% well now
and is even playing with his toys and we are walking (strolling?!) all over Port
Townsend 2 miles/day. I cannot thank you enough for your skilled and
professional care. Have not yet seen the 2 Akitas and their owner again.

"Your center is absolutely amazing! In our time of need, you were there, you were
calm, you were informative, you were compassionate, you were capable, and you
were understanding. We never felt out of the loop, and were always treated with
respect. We were allowed to visit Gunner throughout his stay, and were reassured
that he was well cared for when we had to leave. Gunner is now doing very well,
and he is back to his usual "tricks"--he's a lab, so I suppose he will never
learn! Thank you so much for providing a valuable service to pet owners, and for
doing so in such a professional, and loving manner!"

(sidenote from AETC: Gunner ate a glove and some other items and needed surgery. He had a gastrotomy/enterotomy and went home 2 days later looking for his next adventure.)

hi - gracie is doing great...she is her old self...not surprising (i'm attaching a couple pics of what she had in her...for 4 months!!!)
thanks.

Dante is doing great! After a few days at home he was biting our lab's tail and snapping at our cat--ie. back to his normal rascally self.
We are so glad that you were able to repair Dante. We believe that he received excellent care at your facility.
You had instructed us to stop giving Dante Cortalone. He had been prescribed this medicine because had been licking his toes. May we resume giving him this medicine as needed?

"Ryker is doing very well. Thank you for following up and thank you for the prompt and compassionate care you gave him. Ryker received better and faster care from the staff in your clinic than humans do in their emergency care centers. It is very reassuring to know you are there. We really appreciate you all and your wonderful care and service."

Thank you for asking! Maggie May is just fine. The following morning, after our big scare, she was back to normal, good appetite, playful, etc. We did discover some more pieces of the object she chewed, and discovered it was potpourri. Pet owners should be warned, that stuff can be lethal to pets. Don't know where she got hold of it, but you can bet the house has been thoroughly scoured for potpourri remnants. We greatly appreciate your help, and thank you for your service to our Maggie May and our peace of mind.
Warmest Regards,
Gary and Nancy Bess

Hello, (for Romeo)
Attached is the client satisfaction survey. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated your treatment and services when we needed them most. I hope we never are in need of your services in the future, but if we do, we are confident to go to your facility.
Thank you, Norma

Actually given options The best part about my visits here were the options I was given. Many vet hospitals will simply tell you one method of treatment, typically the most expensive one, and expect you to be okay with that. Here I was given a few options for care along with their recommendations and I was able to choose the best option for my dog's health and for my financial well being.

We would like to thank you so much for the wonderful care you gave Snickers. He is doing very well now back to running around and chasing Nikko. We were watching the news last night and noticed a recall on a Chicken Jerky treat sold at Costco and that it was making dogs sick and some had died. We HAD this treat in our home for our babies, we think now that this treat may have been the cause of Snickers flare up. Shortly before Snick got sick Nikko had diarrhea, but we attributed it to the excitement of moving and a new house, we now think otherwise.
Thank heaven we caught it in time and your clinic was there to help.
Again, THANK YOU!!!
